Classic Rock magazine is no more
Sad to hear.  Letting staff before Christmas is not good timing.

They were great supporters of the boys.

Talk is in the UK that administrators are currently looking for a buyer. It is sad though.

RE: Classic Rock magazine is no more
It's a very tough road for magazines I'm afraid. My teenage boys consume a ton of info about the bands they follow, but almost none of it comes from magazines. I've bought copies of Alternative Press and Rolling Stone when there are articles that would appeal to them and it's like handing a photo of Times Square to a Westworld host.

Really a sad thing. I love Classic Rock Magazine. I picked it up each month and it helped me discover a lot of bands I might not have gotten into otherwise.

The editor just told me on Twitter that they've got their fingers crossed for a buyer.

Well I subscribe to it and the February 2017 edition has just come through my letterbox.  Tongue

Apparently the three magazines have been bought by the company that owned them before TeamRock.
