RE: Old Grey Whistle Test 1978 - Are there any copies out there?
I can't remember where? But I saw CT played for the Old Grey Whistle Test in March 1978. Does anyone have a copy?

For anyone that does not know what I'm talking about, this was a program in London, England in the 60's and 70's that bands would be filmed at some theater in London playing about an hours worth of music live in front of a crowd. Basically showcasing for new and up and coming bands. VH1 Classic has been re-airing these shows in the past year and I've seen Tom Petty, Yes, Thin Lizzy, Supertramp and several others. So I will stop rambling...Any copies out there?

Teri what songs did they play?

I would love to find where you can get copies of all the shows, alot of my favs played on there, (ELO, Queen, etc.) early on before they broke. I love seeing old footage of bands like that.

I tried to You tube it but only a page or so of performances came up. No Cheap Trick or Queen but there was 1 ELO.

It's been so long since I've watched any CT tapes, I'd have to dig it out and watch it again.

Daz, as soon as I get the bucks I'm having everything converted. My guy gets $12 a tape.
