Not to start a sh!t storm, but he hasn't had a great solo in a long time....he's gotten a bit lazy with his leads.

Maybe when we get the new album Rick will surprise us all.  I hope so.

When Rick keeps a pick in his hand and plays the guitar with it instead of throwing it, he is among the best in the business. The work he did with Dave Grohl on Sound City and Sonic Highways is just an example of the respect other artists have for his playing. He is amazing.
