I was reading an article in an old magazine a few months ago at the dentist,Midge was saying how he used to cut his fingers quite badly breaking the plastic guards off disposable razors to keep that stupid moustache under control. Big Grin

Two Jims were originally in Slik. Jim (Bass guitar) renamed Jim (Ure) Midge, as in Jim, backwards.

Voted for Rich Kids since I was more familiar with his work with Glen Matlock than most of the other bands/solo work.

Pach,
You don't even know who Midge Ure is. You just like to post that everything sucks. I'm surprised that you didn't think that Midge Ure was an "idiot" from That Metal Show.

Bye-bye, so long, farewell, bye-bye, so long, sayonara, bye-bye, au revoir, Auf Wiedersehen,

I may have exaggerated when I stated that Pach posts that everything sucks (or should I say "sux"), but, I thought that his reply was unnecessary. Considering that Rick the Cap is obviously a big fan of Midge, I think it's pretty cheesy to reply with such an educated, detailed comment like "his music sucks". He's entitled to his opinion but there's no need to post it like he's a caveman.

RE: Midge Ure
I voted 'Reap the wild wind'. One of the best basslines in rock.
Their last two UK tours were excellent, too!

He did cover "Living In The Past" by Jethro Tull and he did have a stint in Thin Lizzy. Idea
