NFL SUPERBOWL XLVI
The regular season has ended and it is time for the play offs. At long last my team Houston has made it and it is also nice to see the Detroit Lions still in the mix.
But who do you think will go all the way and become The Superbowl Champions XLVI ?
My heart says Houston but my head says ... oh sod it GO TEXANS!

Hard to vote against Aaron Rogers and the Pack but something tells me Drew Brees is going to finish out the season as the MVP and lead the Saints to victory.

That didn't go the way I thought. Confused That's why I don't place wagers on these games.

It was a hell of a game though, thought the Saints had it after their last TD but give Alex Smith credit, he was up to the challenge.

Had to vote for Baltimore, but they sure didn't look that motivated to win last game. Gonna have to step it up and do a whole lot more to win the bowl.

a little stat for you patriots fans.
the patriots have not beat a team this year with
a winning record. not teams that were 500.
but with more wins than loses.

Also no team with an offense or a defense ranked out of the top 25 in the league, has ever made it to the Superbowl. By that standard, New Orleans is the only team that can make it for the NFC, but we now know that isn't gonna happen.

Some more little stats for the Patriots fans...
* The Patriots beat Baltimore 23-20 to win the AFC Championship
* Brady has tied Joe Montana for most playoff wins (16)
* The Patriots will be going to their 5th Super Bowl since 2001.

I was pointing out that the stats don't mean anything.
