RE: RIAFT as an e-book
You kill me, Darran...
I can always count on you for a laugh!

You know how many have unactivated accounts on here. Seems strange. Spammers perhaps.

RE: RIAFT as an e-book
Mike - you have to give us more time to get to this thread!! These polls can be dull and I haven't even looked at this thread topic in ages.
I'm in for an updated version: more photos (maybe some of us would donate some of our favorite shots for your book?) and by all means, give us more of the juicy, personal stuff that we are dying to know!! Fights, affairs, divorces, squabbles, practical jokes amongst band members....hell, I'd like to know RZ's favorite beer! (See Keith Richards: "Life" for inspiration! LOL) Remember the ruckus over Keith saying that Mick was puny...Mick got upset and Keith recanted only to publish another book (Life) that says that Keith told the truth the first time!
I'm still waiting for Cheap Trick's coffee table photo book... Idea

Heineken, I think.

Now, what makes you think that?? (Did you buy him one, or see one in his hand...wait! There was a thread on here with a list of what our band asks for when playing a venue.... did RZ specify a brand of beer? And didn't they say that the didn't want (tap water) Dasani?)

His drink of preference after the Niagara Falls show. I think I got a pic of him holding the bottle with his right hand and Lainey's hand with his left. Big Grin

I think I read it posted on here, quite a while back and it just stuck with me, for whatever reason. I don't even remember what the thread was about, it was that long ago... and if Darran and Schlichtl confirm it, then I know I remembered right. Big Grin

(btw, Schlichtl, that pic sounds cute!)

Stop Darran. You are so bad. It was all Robin's idea. He loves and appreciates Lainey and wanted to show it. AND I got an instamatic of it all!!!

It was Rocky that Robin had to fight that night. A story for another time. But something tells me Rocky had something to do with the five neck now being a 4 neck. Wink

RE: RIAFT as an e-book
Mr. Hayes,

I am in. I would give at least 3 - 4 copies as a gift. I have several e-book readers that are family members.

I also agree that band forums are probably not the best way to judge interest. When placed on Amazon or I tunes, I am sure the book will sell.

You might want to reconsider and or pursue this on the facebook page. Just my two cents.

Owe you a few rounds of Dr. Pepper. You need to find a time to collect!

Best wishes,

Hamerica

I want it!

Keep in mind, if this were on Amazon your numbers would be much bigger than the folks on this message board.

I too think it would be interesting to post the question on FB to see how many "Likes" you get. Mike, I think you would see a lot more interest there. Just a thought! I know I'd love to read the book!!! Smile
